Caley Baker is the Principal of the Central College Christian School K-5 Program. With 18 years of experience in education, she is passionate about creating a Christ-centered learning environment where students are known, challenged, and inspired to grow academically, spiritually, and personally.

Caley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Social Studies and a Master of Education in Social Studies Education from The Ohio State University. She later completed a second Master of Education in Educational Administration from Ohio Dominican University and earned a Gifted Education endorsement from the University of Cincinnati.

Her career began with Westerville City Schools, where she taught for 10 years before serving as an educational technology coach, the district gifted coordinator, and the principal of Hanby Elementary. She has also taught graduate-level courses in gifted education as an adjunct instructor at Ashland University.

As a lifelong member of Central College Presbyterian Church, Caley is honored to lead the Central College Christian School community. She is committed to continuing the mission of making the Kingdom of God visible, partnering with families and staff to cultivate a joyful, nurturing environment where every child can flourish and where the love of Christ is evident in both learning and service.

Howard Baum – EdChoice Administrator
Howard earned both his B.S. and M.A. from The Ohio State University. He served as an elementary teacher and principal for 35 years and later worked
with adults with developmental disabilities. Now at CCCS, he feels called to serve children once again in his home church.
He enjoys woodworking and DIY home projects.
